Starting with 5 children in a pop-up facility on a girl scout campground, Caulbridge School soon found a permanent home on an expansive, historic campus to grow to a premier TK-8th grade private school. In a few short years, the school went from 5 students in 1,200 sq ft space and play yard to 138 students in three buildings totaling 25,000 sq ft with expansive outdoor classrooms, gardens and play yards of all natural materials on a several hundred acre property.

I have negotiated long term property leases of $4m and managed all property compliance (i.e., zoning, permitting, seismic, safety) along with building renovation and land improvements employing green, regenerative methods and materials. In addition, I have negotiated and managed subleases, event venues and vendor contracts.
